Extensive renovation that seems to be edging towards more commercial than residential. Being right at the corner of Tecumseh and Richmond it is in an ideal spot for a variety of commercial and retail uses. Maybe Tecumseh has the potential to become like Baldwin; it is on streets like this that new business will be able to find space cheap enough to get innovative businesses of the ground.
