After doing a rare shooting of World on Yonge on my way back to Steeles, I wonder how long it will be before the next 3 blocks south it would see development.

Hit the 2nd block to see one is plan for haft of the block and another miss opportune to built something nice for the whole block on Yonge. You got a small car dealership remaining next to this development.

The lost of the plaza is no great lost, as it can be replace by the 4's podium.

2 houses on the street will be torn down and replace by the townhouses and no great lost.

Why should a project encompass the entire block? Incremental development without the long, monotonous street frontage of mega-projects please!

If this goes ahead, they'll be more of an intensification trend going on north of Steeles than south of it.
