This long time rooming house near Church is fenced off. About 6 months ago the balcony was chopped off.

Pretty narrow lot to work with. Looks like directly to the east of it is a Hydro station property including their fenced off parking space. I wouldn't mind seeing a slim 30+ storey building here though.

New owner. There's also a contractor sign for tailorbuild (https://www.tailorbuild.ca/) which looks like they mostly do high-end single-freehold housing.
