So I got some confirmation that the building is still going ahead with construction with minor delay. The only units affected are the upper floor and some south-facing units (02-04?) on the lower floors.

Just got confirmation of the new occupancy date. Originally it was November 19, 2021… now it’s February 28, 2023….. 2023!!!

The fact that they were only pouring the second floor deck when LPAT decision came in, it's not that surprising.

Not sure, but I live in the neighborhood and very, very little seems to be going on at the site. If, as others have advised, occupancy was originally scheduled for late 2021, its clear that the delay would be substantial.

Hi all - Im new to this website/forum overall as I was trying to do more research and really just digging to find more updates; appreciate all the content / interaction here so far; question though:

1) Do you guys own units in this project? If so - would love to hear from people that are going to be living there - I love the Queensway area and I just feel its growth is just really starting. Great bridge into Downtown and central to everything (either going west to Sauga or North up Vaughan)
2) To those with construction experience how is it looking? Is it on track?

I received an email about a month ago and picked my finishings
