Is it a medical arts building? It seems to be the type of building that isn't being built in the suburbs anymore. It's like a little ArBe Centre (for those who've been on UT waaay back).

City is looking to demolish this and build higher density with MTSA plans at Gore over the next decade. Could have a relatively short life. Especially once City Pointe comes up and the Queen BRT extends through here.
