However, I kept seeing offensive language in some of the posts.

Therefore, I propose the addition of an optional swear filter, which is defaulted to on. If it cannot be implemented, then add a warning that the forums are NSFW. This is because there might be nosy employers/parents/people, as well as the fact that many posts violate the above rule. There are also many minors who read this forum.
