The City of Toronto is seeking skilled and experienced applicants to serve on the Toronto Local Appeal Body.
The Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB) is an independent quasi-judicial tribunal that hears appeals of Committee of Adjustment decisions for minor zoning variances and land severances (consents). Members conduct hearings 1-2 times a week and should have a background in such fields as land use planning, planning law, and adjudication. Remuneration is provided.
