You have to love how they hide the office in the renderings, people are buying into these south facing condos anticipating some view of the lake. Instead, they will get cranes and construction after they move in.
Oh well, at least the city fought hard enough to have the office tower included.

Its nice to see everything evolving, does anyone have an update on the Bremner streetcar line and its tunnel to union station?

The office tower is located on the northern portion of the site.

I'm liking the shape of these things... my only concern is the glass colour. I am hoping for something different than the standard green or blue that is seeming to dominate so much of what has been built over the last 5 years. The final render hints at a copper gray which would definitely fit the bill! fingers crossed... are there any pictures of the model?
