I've updated this information in the thread, but the lights seem to have been up for a test, as they are no longer there this morning.

No doubt a test. I would imagine they will be bigger than what we see in that photo.

I hope they turn out as well as the ones at the new Telus Building

The new glass railings(?) are ugly and add nothing to the aesthetic of the mall. If anything they detract from it. Perhaps it's a case of waiting until it's all done. So far, however, it's been rather meh. The potos above don't encourage shopping or improve the design. What exactly was the purpose of this 'upgrade'?
