I went to the website and looked at al the floor plans. Some really interesting suites. A really good use of the square footage and views. One building where you don't need to be on the 47th floor to have the best city views ever!

What was exciting to see is that many of the suites have actual kitchens! This brought a tear to my eye. I am so tired of living rooms with a kitchen wall. At least in the old days when apartments had kitchenetts, they had sliding doors or a curtain to cover it. So it is nice to see a designated kitchen area.

Also many of the dens were actual dens and not just a hole in a wall of a hallway, as many developers are calling dens these days.

the public art work looks either like a chrome Weber grill or a space satillite that landed on a topographic model.

The brick podium looks a lot like the Phoebe Lofts off Queen Street, which is not a bad thing.
