one of the things I had wondered about in the rendering was the balconies on the west side which appeared to overhang the northwest corner. But indeed we can see that they have actually built them just like the drawing. kind of an interesting detail. I do wich that the tower had been clad in black rather than blue as I feel it would have given a classier look and also paired with the heritage restoration better. But I do see how using blue ties it in to Murano across the street... looking forward to seeing glass in the heritage portion and hoping it turns out as nice as th render.

I pass by this daily and have also noticed the balconies extending beyond the NW corner of the building. That's going to be a fun feature for the owners of those units.
