cant wait until those surrounding muddy parking lots go highrise too... that area is one of the last holdouts that reminds us of 1980's Toronto.

Think back 10 years when 4 buildings in that picture were parking lots as well (that includes the building the picture was taken from).

oh, I know it's coming. Just getting impatient. I think there needs to be a great design at the corner of Spadina and Front to help tie the area together somehow... perhaps with the building set back from the corner and a parkette with a major sculpture? I dont know but there is something about how this stretch of road has been built up to this point that looks very awkward / uninviting...
