Ah-may-zing! I've never seen those interior shots. I'd love to stay here sometime.

I never noticed how boring this building will look at street level. What happened to that giant fountain? The driveway just looks like an empty (albeit nicely paved) parking lot. And those towering concrete walls look quite brutalistic with their little slit windows.

This building sort of takes the current disastrous gap between rich and poor and runs with it... the barricade-style concrete/stone walls with tiny little windows are beautiful in a brutal kind of way... but will make a very intimidating and potentially disturbing statement to those who will never afford to stay there.

Those walls are not concrete. They are stone for sure. Nothing brutalist about them.

Either way, this is not the kind of design that should be on a ground floor. It might be appropriate for the second or third floor - particularly for a building with an above ground parking garage. And all those people who complained about the driveway in the Pinnacle Centre should be even less happy about this building.

I have always love this design.
I think the exterior will be clad in flamed or hammered granite which will give the exterior a rich and handsome appearance. The laser cut metal screens should look stunning.
