I hope not everyone in this development drives! Lawrence in this area (esp between Duff-Allen) is a traffic nightmare! As if Dufferin itself.
Maybe some free Metro-passes would be a good selling incentive? ('Free Metro-passes for a year over a parking space, maybe?)

Wonderful addition to the area. For most of its length up here Dufferin sucks big time. Good to see Lanterra do this.

It's "SUBURBAN wasteland". I think is an accurate statement.

I know that TC is dead but when Ford is no longer mayor, that stretch of Dufferin would be a natural for a LRT line, though I guess it would need to go underground from Eglinton to Bloor.

I agree! Not only is Dufferin between Eglinton and Wilson Station a great LRT candidate so is Lawrence from the airport to Yonge. So this could be a great transit coridor... too bad it seems like because we hate surface rail it might take 30 year...
