Amazing the effect a simple double row of trees can make to a streetscape. I walked by this morning and was very pleasantly surprised. I hope we see more of this.

great shots. I thought the first one was a render, until I saw the pylons and the dirt.

Ah! Taller, bigger and up-up-up! It is fantastic! A hundred years from now, Toronto will be one block of concrete. What happened to the Gerrard Street Village?
Anyone remembers it? Thanks for your attention. After all, it is City Hall ( is the roof still leaking?) that decides. Avec. je suis et tu es... Andrew.
Li'll Andrew that is, from the Newsstand at Gerrard Street West. Between Yonge and Bay. 1967 or so.

I really hope all the drunken hockey idiots give those trees a chance to survive. I keep having flashes of these morons running out after games and molesting the poor things.

Looks like we have a few unhealthy trees above street level. What's with all the dead looking coniferous trees on the pool deck?
