It seems the average Pug voter understands architecture much better now than when the award's started. Wasn't French Quarter voted Residential Building of the Year (or runner-up) five years ago?
 
It's great to see that quality buildings won the awards. RoCP won a couple of years ago, but the list isn't tainted this year with such shoddy architecture. The Arc is the only one that's questionable; however, the architects and developers took a risk and it paid off.
