Nice - Are these freehold or condos? Looks like they cut some corners from the original rendering (e.g., the wood on the side) but it still works well. the two terraces are particularly nice. How much are these going for?

Freehold indeed. The wood facade is on the East side.

From the $800,000s; they have 2 units left. You get a nice view of the back of CAMH for free ;)

They're lovely but there's one detail that really bothers me. The foremost narrow, tall side panel should have been in wood. It would have completed that edge of the wood frame - an effect used on the other wood frames. The thing with these infill projects is that you definitely need to be aware of the city around you. I love my own modernist lowrise condo to the south of here despite the abatoir and rail corridors ;-)
