looks like it will be a good addition to the area... much more engaging design and street presence than many of the taller towers that have been built here.

The scale is hard to get a handle on. My eyes keep wanting to read the building as six floors tall. Even though I know that's wrong, I'm sure this will feel four times the size I'm expecting when it finishes getting built.
I really like the Liberty Market building. This (and the influx of new residents from other close by new condos) should finally allow the retail in there flourish.
