The rendering looks great! I can't wait til Toronto finally takes over the title of the third largest city in North America.
It's exciting that Toronto is doubling or tripling its significance in size (since it is a major source of power of a city in the global competition). But I hope Toronto also rapidly improves its quality as well as the quantity.
A few thing I can immediately come up with, they could underground the dirty, destructive against nature, and noisy city highways like Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway. For the quality of life of Torontonians, they could also make further expansion to the underground pedestrian path for the harsh(both cold+windy) winter. Lastly, I hope they "really" upgrade outdated infrastructure and roads in very poor condition often encountered in the city.

^ Technically because North America includes Mexico, Toronto would be taking over 4th largest. It'd have to grow quite a lot in order to catch Los Angeles at #3.
