Now THAT'S modernism I can get behind. Wallman are leaving aA in the dust. This is also regenerating a very tired looking intersection that really needed some love!
 
Terrific. Love it. Wow.
Why at this late stage of the massive growth cycle in Toronto does a building like this become an exception, and not the norm? Kudos to Wallman and the developers for breaking the mold and advancing condo architecture in Toronto two leaps forward.
 
This building looks like it's going to be spectacular. Too bad there's going to be a big black mechanical box, though.
