Is transformation of the original Arts Commons building every shown off? I don’t think they got funding this cycle for it anymore, but don’t recall them even showing a render, other than that artistic blocks video which was light on details.

The renovation of the older complex hasn't been designed yet. The plan has always been for the renovation to be phase 2 so they have the newer facility in operation while the older complex is closed for renovations.
Does that include Jack Singer? Or just everything else?

No evidence of an underground connection to the main buildings. Interesting to isolate it across Stephen Ave.
That was my first thought when this was released. I would have thought they'd want to create an interior connection to move equipment back and forth. I have no knowledge of, nor have considered the existence of a lower level on the south side, the utilities under Stephen Ave, the depth of the subway that'll be there in 2175, etc.

Glad to see progress, hope it goes quicker than Eau Claire did. I worked in the Burns Building for a couple years and despite it's major flaws, I very much miss Olympic Plaza!

Also surprised by what look like a kitchen exhaust duct on the back of Teatro, especially that close to a window! Building codes are extremely strict for those given the likelihood of an intense fire!
