The link says interior construction has supposedly been ongoing since November until September 2026.

Good to see. Companies like Enbridge and Qualico's Stationlands development have stepped up with their public realm and we need more of our big companies to lead the way with updated and inviting spaces as part of building a more livable and vibrant downtown (that's also more pleasant to work in and visit).

Are there any renders showing what, if anything, they have planned for the east side of the building? That side is awful right now—especially for visitors crossing over from the Hotel Mac. It would be a great location for a small cafe or convenience store; especially with the busy bus stop right there. I suppose the bus stop might also be why they wouldn’t want to open the building there. Am I mis-remembering or was there not a convenience store there at one point?

I'm glad they are reconfiguring the front entrance on Jasper Ave. I'm not a fan of the current entrance.

Looks fantastic. I'm pleased as someone who has worked here for years, I've noticed the wasted space and this seems to correct that.

I remember a small convenience store there (I think the Royal Bank was there in the 1970s).
