With 14 storeys and 162 contemporary one-bedroom, two-bedroom and penthouse apartments, the Apogée concept of haute living extends to the carefully curated selection of high-end finishes, including top-of-the-line light fixtures, faucets, doors and mouldings plus granite countertops, glass showers and ceramic backsplashes.
Designed for everyone from on-the-go professionals to active retirees, Baseline represents the pinnacle of luxury living.
Twenty-five types of units are available at Baseline, ranging from 703 square feet all the way to 3,551 square feet.
In addition to contemporary kitchens and spacious balconies with spectacular views, each unit also has its own ventilation system.
In terms of amenities, there are over 11,000 square feet of them, most of which are located on the penthouse level with breathtaking views of the city. They include a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, a bistro-style lounge and a rooftop terrace with barbecues, as well as a social room and a relaxation lounge.
Other amenities include a furnished outdoor green space, a reading nook, library and an outdoor yoga/meditation area on the second floor, plus a lobby with a fireplace on the main floor.
Baseline is equipped with two elevators and 24-7 surveillance cameras, and all common areas are controlled with a fob.
The gym on the penthouse level with breathtaking views of the city is among the 11,000 square feet of amenities available to Baseline residents.
