Anyone with word on closing costs from Concert's lawyer?
Has anybody heard any rumblings at this point regarding which retailers may occupy the ground floor space?
Got my keys today, some more first impressions:
- Parking garage is bright and clean, you have to go through 3 doors before getting to resident parking. The first is for retail employees, the second is for visitors. 10 visitor parking spots.
So far, it's going to be Tim Hortons and either BMO or Rexall.
Congratulations on your new home DanTheMan. How exciting to be one of the first or maybe even the first new resident of 55 Front St. East. We don't get our PDI until early November so we will need to live vicariously through you and all the other earlybirds. Hope we can all get together once we are all into our new homes. We'll be needing some trades people for things such as lightlng installations etc. so maybe can exchange some suggestions with others.
Random thought: those lights by the elevators appear to be for a retirement home...
