I'm planning to do a photo shoot with an engaged couple that I know, once the weather gets warmer and spring is in full swing. I'm going to be especially picky about what locations I want to take photos at. I'm good at architectural photography and I know which buildings and what neighbourhoods are photogenic, but not all of them are going to work well for people shots.

Basically I'm considering any location within a 1.5hr drive of Toronto. If possible I want to avoid places where a lot of people have their photos taken (Edward Gardens, Distillery District, Main Street Unionville, etc.) and go for more unique, out-of-the-way places. I'm considering urban, rural (village) and green spaces for the shoot.

What are your ideas? If you have sample people shots from these places please share them with me here. Thanks!

What do these people do? What are their interests? If they're skydivers, for instance, you may want to photograph them in a different location than if they're scuba divers, etc.
