We Bostonians are (mostly) thrilled about this one. The initial 2006 proposal for this site was a 29-floor mess of a building. The developer has since come back with this stunning 59-floor proposal catty corner from the nearly-complete Millennium Tower.

We're estimating a height of around 735', including the crown, as this is taller than the neighboring 685' Millennium Tower by a fair margin. Height to the top inhabitable floor is 683'. (Boston zoning does not include mechanicals in height figures.)
