Steel is going up for this development, which consists of 2 L-shaped towers on top of two separate podiums on one large lot. A pedestrian way will wend between the two podiums in the middle of the lot. Retail in the podiums includes a high-end cinema.

One tower is already topped, while the other has a ways to go.

These towers will both top at 250' due to height restrictions imposed by nearby Logan Airport.
