With all the massive condominium construction projects, which are the boutique-type condos (25 floors or less) in downtown Toronto? I know of the Royalton at Bay and College. Are there any others?

a lot of the developments west of Spadina are short. eg) Freed developments. I think river city will be a mix of tall and short.

The Royalton (by Diamante) was built around 2001. Are you looking for ONLY new construction? Or, a little bit of new and old?

There are lots of both. Let people know more information, and I am sure people will comment on exactly what you are looking for.

If you like Diamante's The Royalton, they have many under-25 storey buildings.

Diamante has a project under 25 storeys in "Upper Yorkville", which is currently under construction, called The Florian. Check it out here.

They also built:
- One Balmoral
- Two Roxborough
- Pheobe / Soho
- One City Hall
- Domus (best condo in Toronto!)
