Update:
A proposal for a multi-tower project in Gold Coast, Australia could boast a supertall skyscraper with a triple-digit floor count. Developer Azzura Corporation recently unveiled their plans for a 108-storey tower in the Southport neighbourhood, the city's unofficial business district, with renderings showcasing the spire's impressive height. If built as planned, the Imperial Square project would handily take the crown from Q1, also located in Gold Coast, to become the tallest building in Australia

Hi All,
This Project Looks to B Very Very Interesting Indeed. Guess There is Nothing Wrong With Some "Healthy Competition" Between Gold Coast and Brisbane. See Who gets to Build the Highest Bldgs in Australia. You Think Competion Between Sydney and Melbourne is Interesting! Guess Brisbane/Gold Coast Can Put other Centers to shame
any Day of the Week, That Perhaps includes Perth as Well. It will B interesting to See Where Things are in Say What? 3 to 5 Yrs Time for Bldg Heights. Australia was Once Described as One of the "Lucky Countries" by Queen Victoria, the Other Being "Canada" Over a Hundred Years Ago . (1901). This is Certainly Proving Itself to B True. Interesting Times in Australia? Dam Right it is.
Tnx,

So is this current render the true pre-construction blueprint, which always look cartoonish. Brisbane is wanting the city with the biggest and best for tourists, I guess..The architects I understand show homage to the gold rush , which happens on every continent. But a big gold square atop the current tallest in Melbourne...now building an even higher building in the same city center of beautiful Melbourne, which is again building the tallest w/a giant gold star in the middle as big yellow observatory rays. Unlike Europe (except Paris' La Defense, which is much more slower and calculated in their zoning) and more like its maker, England...the current housing boom in London and Manchester is mind boggling, and very hard to follow. Cranes are at a record high in Australia, up and down the east coast. Having the same crazy huge need for housing. Tall urban residential living is a global boom...like NYC, Chicago, Toronto, and Montreal. London, all China, and new tiger economies, Kuwait City, Dubai, Doha, and Moscow. All non-stop construction sites and crane swaps. Is this a particular bubble or just a boom that will die off?
