Can anyone point to just 1 project this Toronto Municipal organization has been involved in or completed as of yet ?

their hirering a bunch of directors but no projects in the horizon.

I'm guessing this was one of Miller's pet projects to ensure he makes enough contacts and privy a few important people for after politics, so he has a job.
