I went to an open house in Escala on the 30th floor the other day. From the window, I can see there are not flooring in high floors in Triomphe. Anybody has done a walkthrough for high floors?

Yeah I've been to one on the late 30s and the unit was almost finished except some minor stuff.

I heard the dark color scheme had dark brown floors instead of light gray/brown (as shown at the presentation center). Dark gray kitchen with dark brown floors doesn't look great.

Unfortunately the disclosure statement allows them to change the flooring.

Yep, the flooring is brown. Definitely liked the lighter grey as shown in the presentation centre better

Photos from today - looks like the landscaping is coming along nicely! A little hard to see, but in the third photo it shows 4 EV parking stalls with 2 chargers installed.
