I'm looking at how tall West Village Tower is at 24 storey, and imagining this at 44 floors. Really gonna stick out!

West village is 12m taller with less floors. Wonder if they have higher ceilings (ie... 9”?)

west village has a much beefier podium, guessing that accounts for at least part of the difference.

The angled rooftop is probably what makes the difference. The podium is higher as well and plays a part.
