First, Hilton, N3, and Alt are more medium scale like this. And EV606 and Vita will be more human scaled as well. It’s coming. But those will probably be the last of that scale. Every other one will have large retail podiums (Courtyard and the lot to the south).

INK is also more of a smaller scale, but yeah, you're right. Outside of Vita and EV606, the rest will probably be large full or half block podiums.
