This was my exact thought. Tough lot. Nice design. Will depend on quality of materials.

Does anyone have experience living in one of these Minto condos (Annex in Hillhurst or Era in Bridgeland)? I've noticed they have a high number of Airbnbs.

Annex is in Sunnyside, just to be a nitpick haha If i recall correctly, Era was bought out by a Toronto-based investor/group, so it's like all AirBnb and short term rental. Unsure about Annex.
