Agree. Prices are reasonable for that location. I haven’t seen the sales centre for this one have you guys?

Damn, if the view will really be as gorgeous from Annex as the render video claims to be, they got me sold. That's got to be one of the pretties downtown views in the whole damn city.

Yeah you'll definitely get a great skyline view from the rooftop and the higher units on the east and south exposures.

The views will all hinge on if you see any of Telus Sky or if it’s blocked by Brookfield.

That’s what they said on Facebook back on September 15th. They are still advertising and still have the showroom open and staffed (albeit with reduced hours since the end of January), so they must think they can get the sales over the line, but there’s no obvious traction of late.

I'm surprised it's not more than 25% sold, it has a lot going for it. Maybe it's the condo market in general?

The house on site was demolished sometime in the last couple months, just noticed in the last few weeks though.
