A new 39 unit residential proposal from Truman for Calgary's Sunnyside Neighborhood. Right now in the beginning stages, and in the process of community feedback. Open House is scheduled for January 18th.

Man, our low to mid-rise game was seriously lacking for a very long time, then we got Pixel, Lido, and Kensington. Now our low to mid-rise game is getting better all over the city, not just Kensington. Really glad to see the quality in Kensington continue to improve with this one though.

Maxwell Bates in Mission is another good example of a low rise. Same with that one in Mission (Can't remember the name of it)

20/20 is the new one on 20th I presume? The building itself isn't fantastic, but having businesses along the street like that has really changed the street in a good way.
