It's not the main reason, but another great thing about zero-setback developments where the buildings touch each other:It’s a good example of how you can have a quality material like brick mostly covering the front, and have the cheaper materials on the side or in the back where people don’t notice.
Even though less than a quarter of the building is brick, it feels like an elegant brick building when you pass by.
