University district coming along well.

I wish we could have plants/flowers/benches on the sidewalk like you see very often in European cities. It would make the area more lively and feel more organic.

I suspect we'll see flowers and planters on that south side once all of the construction is done. If not right away, fairly quickly.

All the retail space seems to have been leased, including a Shoppers, a Pho restaurant, a dental clinic, a flower shop, a tanning shop and others.

That’s the Calgary Special for up a retail lease up. Similar to other Canadian cities but includes a Pho place.

Residents will enjoy having a Shoppers'. Ubiquitous for sure, but very handy. Pho shop is icing on the cake
