At 17 floors this should stand out very well. A couple more high rises and university District would have its own skyline.

We need to start pushing 30 storeys! Can barely differentiate some of these small towers in the distance from a large floor-ceiling midrise.

I’m okay with low to mid-rise at University District, but I really hope the University builds something in the range of 6-12 storeys to replace the student housing they bulldozed recently.

We should scrub University Heights and build University District density all the way down to and around the hospital.

It’s a shame they didn’t build the Foothills medical complex where university Heights is. Would be nice to have it physically adjacent to the university.
