This is our 5th residential tower over 140m now eh? No metro YVR but pretty impressive none the less. Would like to see a couple rise at some TODs out in the burbs.

They started marketing this project to Vancouver real estate investors.

I have also heard this.
The west tower is now going to be sold as condominiums. The east tower will remain rentals.
West tower is currently scheduled for showings, sales and occupation in October/November.
Probably a good time to market them for sale. Prices for apartment units have been going up in Calgary

That will be a good test of condo market health, and interest in the east village in general. Hopefully it goes well and more developers gain confidence to push their projects forward.

If condos right next to the DIC sell, then that should really inspire confidence in the EV.
