I'm not sure, but are they installing digital billboards on the black portion of the podium?

I would assume yes. They have land use approval to cover quite a bit of the facade in digital advertising.

Did anybody catch sight of the first few blades of that weathered steel cladding that is now going up on the North face?

I haven’t seen it yet but I’ll be passing by there today I’ll see if I can snap a photo. How does it look?

^ It looks pretty nice, though I wish the spacings were a little tighter as you do see much of the backing cladding behind it still, but only a few were up on one side. These are quite long and I think they vary in length throughout that entire wall face.

This wall feature is going to turn out pretty neat I think.

Honestly I think the look of podium is going to turn out to be utter crap. Way too suburban looking with way too much going on and not the highest quality of materials either. At this point the only thing that can save it is maybe large LED billboards. Nice to see the tower rising though, it'll help the overall development look less awkward.
