First one is 90 meters, this one will be 142 meters. The fifth tallest residential building in the province (8th if you count mixed-use Telus Sky, Stantec Tower, and Legends).

So from Era to Sunalta Towers there are 11 towers that have yet to start to rise if we include the two 4th st proposals and an event center hotel.

Makes one wonder what good times would look like.
