Those 6 blocks have turned into a constant high-speed street thanks to all the new development (34th Avenue too). It would be much more livable and have a better urban vibe if people could cross the street easier.

A few more pictures of Avenue 33. The EIFS has now made its way halfway around the front of the building. Can't say I'm too excited about the colour. It looks a lot more beige than the renderings (unless it's going to get painted?).

Beige-gary Strikes when you least expect it. I lowered my vote from Very Good to Good on account of sub-optimal delivery.

Avenue 33 is basically done and retail is going in: an Orange Theory gym and a Frilly Lilly salon. There looks like there's at least one more retail space that is currently unoccupied.
