Pretty average looking tower for the most part. It's not bad, but just not anything that stands out.

I'm just glad the west end of Downtown is getting some love. I'm hoping that because land in the East Village is now generally spoken for, developers will turn their attention to the West End.

The lot I wish would get developed is the empty one beside Kerby Station, it seems like such a waste especially right beside an LRT station. The perfect development IMO would be a lowrise mixed use building with a small grocer right at ground level by the station.

Good idea BKha, maybe you should get into the commercial real estate game.
Good idea indeed. Anything would be better than the gravel parking lot there today. If it were up to me, it would be a development just like The Royal, with a grocery store at base, and another large retail store above.....some type of podium but a bit shorter tower...15-20 floors.
Even a two or three storey retail plaza would be awesome.

That's a really interesting view. One I've never really had before. This is from the West looking East? The lwft turn only sign obscures that little jut to the side. Does it connect with the adjacent towers?

It's a small lot, but anything would be better than what's there now. I wonder if it's owned by the Buddha monastery next door?
