That bar would become a city-wide attraction if they turned their parking lot into a patio. I've never been there, so I don't know it's current status, but a lot of old school restaurant/bar owners cling so tightly to free parking that it might require a change of ownership to get them to consider ditching the parking lot.
Also the idea of a bar with free parking has always disturbed me. Of all businesses, bars should be the last place that offers incentives for patrons to drive.
