Does anyone know if this will be pure rental or also some for sale? Since its slated to be completed this year and there is no sites up yet it makes me think that it will be all rental since if it was stuff for sale they would be starting already with the sales? Would love to buy a unit there as its right next to my wifes uncle :)
 
I saw this on the weekend and wondered which thread it belonged to, I searched all the threads but couldn’t find it. Good population boost right near an allergy station.

I would bet that it’s rental, I’ve never seen any Marketing or sales for this.
