These renders look like it'll have similar cladding to 500 Block - which, great. That brick looks really nice as well. Some other renderings from the company doing the landscaping on their site too.

Any rumblings if Stampede Station 2 would ever start up or switch to residential? Would love to fill in the holes along that stretch.

I recall something about stampede station 2 being switched to a 30 story residential building, that was probably a year or so back.

I feel like it would be the perfect location for a hotel, especially with the 17th Avenue punch-through into Stampede Park going through.

These guys are going gang busters on the tower portion. Last picture was from Sept 23rd and they were just moving the forms up for what would become the second level of the tower, as of last night the forms were all in place for what will become the 4th floor of the tower.
