I get an office building vibe from this one (which is fine by me). Now that there is some cladding up it seems the facade will be very flat. I was hoping for more relief between the brown & white sections as there appears to be in the renders.
Still a good addition to “downtown” I think.

Silver lining to having to work from home is that I'm finally home in the daytime hours to grab some new photos. Anyone know what the black netting is for? Doesn't seem like it would fit as a wind block or for the purpose of stopping debris due to the sparse placement of it.

That netting would likely be there to prevent people and tools from falling off the edge due to work happening right there.

I'm liking the cladding on this more than I expected to, great development so far!
