I just don't see a grocery store going in there now. You have Sunterra across the street, the Asian mart is just around the corner and Superstore is about a 10 minute walk. The Shoppers Drug mart down the street also sells food and sundry items.
Yes, the Asian place and Sunterra are more specialized but they also sell a lot of common grocery items.

From the 25th floor of Guardian South. When a handsome man invites you over for a bottle of bourbon on your 30th birthday, one doesn’t decline. 🤪

Haha thanks buddy! 😋

ive got no idea what the occupancy of those towers in that area is like but at some point there must be demand for local ammenities like bars, restaurants, dry cleaners etc. hopefully its not far off. 10 towers from one ten to sasso/vetro plus stampede station.

It’s a huge barrier to wanting to live in the area. Hostile busy street with few actual useful businesses within an easy walk.

Looks like the crane on the north tower may start coming down soon, they have removed the plywood around the upper most tower anchor and the ground level barriers have been opened up to make room for the flatbeds.
