Hi Group,
I Haven't Really had the chance to Look Over the Project when I have Been in the Core. I have to say its Hugh compared to what I have been used to. Build a Few more and They will B the New Norm. To bad the 64 Floor Section of 1st Cdn Centre didn't get Blt.

I know people say she's boring, but I think Brookfield is one classy looking tower. Sleek and modern.

I like BP too. Very simply shaped but those curved corners are nice. The Glazing is nice too.

On the other hand if the market stays flat for any length of time maybe they'll change the usage, or at least change the design somewhat.

With Cenovus going "Resource Shopping" as Such am I wrong to assume they will within reasons want all the Staff to B all under One Roof rather then Scattered in Various Bldgs. With Their Shopping Spree the whole matter changes etc as I See It, Yes? No? Just Wondering.

It makes sense for them to stay under one roof in The Bow. On the other hand, it looks really bad on them to be sitting on an unused 20 year lease for a million square feet.
